Private or Close-Door Students

       Private lessons are offered at the Wing Chun Kung Fu Kwoon for those students who wish to experience the power of one-on-one instruction. These classes are scheduled around the student's availability.
      Consequently, private lessons are perfect for students who are having a difficult time attending the group classes. During your private lesson you will be working on material which you need the most help with under the watchful eye of a knowledgeable SiFu.
      Private Students are similarly to a close-door student in Chinese culture. The SiFu would concentrate all his time and energy to perfect the skills of a chosen student. This chosen student or disciple would dedicate and swear allegiance to their system and SiFu through a ritual called the Bai-Si or tea ceremony. Unfortunately, close-door students and discipleships have fallen out of favor in recent years. The closest thing to be a close-door student is to be a private.
       Private Lessions cost are on an hourly basis. Please contact your SiFu for cost in your area.
